The Delaware Code Revisors, when updating the Delaware Code through December 31, 2003, rearranged and renumbered the definition sections in Title 29, Chapter 58. This version reflects the law as it appears in the Delaware Code, 2003 Replacement Volume, which was distributed in February 2004.
