For Electronic Filing:

FIRST TIME FILERS: You will need a password. Call the Public Integrity Commission, 302-739-2399, to receive your password. Then select the link below. You will then enter your e-mail address and password.

PREVIOUS FILERS: As you already have your password, select the link below, then enter e-mail address and password

For Hard Copy Filing:

To download: Right Click on format. Select "Open Hyperlink". When document opens, Select on "File" and "Save As". Be sure to note where you save it on your computer.
